This is the general Privacy Policy for apps built by Ken-Jung Lee (paperworkStudio). These apps are Commercial apps provided as is. This page explains, in general terms, how the apps handle the collection, use, and disclosure of information.
Some apps have their own privacy policy with details specific to that app; where one exists, it takes precedence for that app. For example: Fascroll and MoCáp.
The apps are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Any personally identifiable information the apps use is generally retained on your device and is not collected by me. Some apps use device features (such as the camera) purely to provide their core functionality; information processed by those features stays on your device unless a specific app’s policy states otherwise.
Some apps may use third-party services (for example, privacy-first, anonymous analytics such as TelemetryDeck, or Apple services like iCloud and the App Store) to operate or improve the app. Where an app uses such a service, its handling of your information is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy, and any app-specific details are described in that app’s own privacy policy.
The apps themselves do not use cookies. Apps that let you browse the web may load third-party websites that set their own cookies; those are controlled by the websites you visit, not by me.
I value your trust in providing your information, and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The apps may contain links to other sites that are not operated by me. I strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit. I have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites or services.
These apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can take the necessary action.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
